About Invotron
Software that keeps up with the counter
Invotron is cloud software for the whole shop: the till, the stockroom, purchasing, warranties and repairs, payroll, and the books behind them. It is built in Sri Lanka by Aureus Technologies.
Why Invotron exists
Most shops do not need more software. They need fewer places to enter the same number twice. A till in one program, stock in a notebook or spreadsheet, supplier payments in a folder, and an accountant asking for everything again at the end of the month is a system that is always slightly out of date.
So we built one system that follows the work in the order a shop actually does it. A sale updates stock, cash, revenue and cost of goods at the same moment. A delivery updates stock and what you owe. A refund puts the item back and takes the money out. The books are not a separate job after closing; they are a record of what already happened.
That same idea runs through the rest of Invotron: quotations become sales, warranties print on the invoice that proves them, repair parts come out of stock, and payroll posts itself into the accounts.

One version of the truth
A sale, a delivery or a refund should not have to be entered twice. Every action writes to the same stock count and the same set of books, so the numbers agree wherever you look.
Built for the counter
The till has to be quick when there is a queue. Invotron is designed around scanning, touch, receipts and the few keystrokes that keep a busy counter moving.
